15 coaching cards

Here you have 15 images in black and white curated from my personal collection and tested with coaches and facilitators.

Just print them out in a 10 by 10cm format (or any other size you see convenient for your use). It is best in thick white paper.

You can use them in several ways:

• to prompt retrospective conversations like "Pick the image that best represents the state of the project"... then explain it
• to guide self reflection: "choose the image that best represents how you feel about X"... then talk about it.
• to foster creativity: pick any three images and tell a story based on them
• anything you imagine.
